All rights requests will be acknowledged within seventy-two (72) hours and responded to within thirty (30) calendar days, in line with NPC timelines. phking365 may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
The phking365 platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and older under Philippine law. phking365 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If phking365 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted, and any associated balances will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. If you believe a minor has registered a phking365 account, please contact our support team immediately.
Some of phking365's service providers — including certain game providers and technology infrastructure partners — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a recipient in another country, phking365 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations on cross-border data flows.
